For 4 persons
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon chili pepper
- 350g can tuna
- 1 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 2 dill pickles, finely chopped
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 8 slices sourdough
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 8 sliced cheddar
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and chili pepper.
Drain tuna and break up with the fork.
Add the tuna, celery, red onion and parsley, toss to combine, season with sea salt and black pepper.
Butter both side of sourdough.
Put the tuna mixture on one sliced of sourdough, also 2 sliced of tomato, 2 sliced of cheddar, top with another sliced of sourdough.
Place the sandwich on the baked tray with the baking sheet, bake around 5-8 mins, until the cheese is melty and the sourdough crispy.
