Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, automated logistics process will start and the system will instantly send the order details to related merchants for product preparation and shipping. Manual changes in confirmed orders may cause record discrepancies and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, we apologise but we are unable to cancel the orders for you.

You are suggested to add the favorite items to the shopping cart or wishlist, and reconfirm the order details (including quantity, promotional offers etc.) before proceeding to payment.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by order cancellation. In case your order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded to you following your form of payment within two weeks.

Kindly note that if the cancellation is effective for only one or some products part of a bundle offer, the prices of all the other products in the same bundle will not be affected.

You can choose to pick up your order at the following two location but by appointment ONLY:

  • Unit 8, 15/F, Wing Fung Industrial Building,40-50 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
  • Suite C, 9/F, Grand Progress Building, No. 58-62 D’Aguilar Street, Central from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday-Friday)

IMPORTANT: No Shop in person is allowed – NO WALK-IN PLEASE!

Once you have successfully placed an order, the system will automatically send you an “Order Confirmation” email which lists the order number, purchased date, purchased items, delivery arrangement and payment amount.

You will also receive an “Invoice” via email after the order is completed.

For any reimbursement purposes, both “Order Confirmation” or “Invoice” can be used for reimbursement.

To download the “Invoice”, you can do it logging into your account and accessing the section “Order History”.
